Did anyone else see the news yesterday ( Aug 4th) on the HUD website:
FHA SUSPENDS TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP. AND PROPOSES TO SANCTION TWO TOP OFFICIALS.
I found out this AM (Aug 5th) from a trusted Mortgage banker that the minimum FHA credit score will now be 680 as of yesterday's news. We need to all be on top of this as it will definataely affect how we do business. Check with you mortgage people and stay in touch with them.
